The Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly! – By Act 3 International

Media Invite

And so, the kids attended a really interesting arts workshop on Saturday, and they both told me how much they love it! I had to totally rely on what they told me because you see, it was a drop-off workshop and parents could only appear at the final 15 minutes to take photographs if we would like to. Not that I am complaining – The husband and I had an awesome coffee break while the kids had that much fun. =P

The workshop - ‘The Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly’ organized by Act 3 International – was a all-in-one workshop where kids were given the opportunity to explore, play, dream, create, make-believe and communicate. The workshop merges arts with technology and motivates the kids to learn in a very fun and creative manner. I love anything that can help my kids to discover the creative side of them – I personally believe that’s where the fun begins. :)

Attending a fun workshop with friends doubles the fun factor, for sure! They met their friend, Poppy, from The Gingerbread Mum.

This ‘instructor’ was already into her character when the kids started arriving for the workshop. She was dressed in colorful frocks, wore a peculiar Miss La-la spectacles and a huge red flower in her hair, while sipping tea on the sofa. It certainly made the kids very curious about her. I gathered that she must be super good at engaging the kids because when I came back near to the end of the workshop, all I could see was how much fun everyone was having. :)
