I always think Joey looks like a village girl, aka kampong girl whenever she wears this dress. Somehow, the material and print of the dress gives you a very 50's feel. Retro.

Brought Joey to Sakae Sushi last night.

I am so happy with their baby chair. They should have such chairs everywhere! Their baby chairs are put onto their normal seats so that their kids & babies can eat together at the table. Good nei!

The staff even brought out a special kids bowl for her. Not that she would use anyway! But it's good service eh?

It was good. She could entertain herself and we could eat happily. Fed her the only 2 things she can eat over there... Chawanmushi and Fried toufu. hehe...

When Joey sees us eating anything, she would also want a share. So, we let her try our chocolate ice cream yesterday.

Instead of wiping it off for her, Isaiah and I just kept laughing at her and taking photos. As usual. Hahaha...

As you may already know, Joey really likes the yellow car in the office nursery. Auntie tells me she spends most of her time there getting in and out of the car, checking out the boot, and crusing along by pushing it.

Because of the car, she has been fighting alot with Pst Derek's daughter, Erin Joy, quite alot these days. Sigh. Erin has made it her personal mission to fight with Joey over the car only when Joey is about to get into it. Erin will sit infront of the car door, and block joey's way. They end up pulling each other off the car. Sigh.. Kids rivalry.

I found this Little Tikes car on the website. Quite nice eh? But I don't really think my house is big enough for her to cruise around freely. I might have to bring the car down to the void decks for her to really have fun. Hmm...

One morning on my way to work, I was trying to entertain Joey with my camera pouch before she starts to scream & yell.

Look at her face when I took it away. Haha!

Ok. No choice. Had to give back to her the pouch, otherwise she won't stop screaming.
But as she was busy fiddling with the pouch, I decided to take the chance to tie her hair. (As long as she remembers that her hair has been tied up, she would pull it off immediately. So, got to distract her to make her forget about it)

Found this nice hairband in my bag, and decided that Joey should wear it. Actually, it's Joey hairband that I bought almost one year ago, just that she has never worn it.

Dunno why, she reminds me of a nun, wearing this hairband. Haha!!

Of course, good things don't last. She suddenly remembered that there's a hairband on her head and she used all her strength to pull it off. Sigh.

This is a formation we have to set up every night before Joey sleeps. It helps to keep her within the boundaries of her mattress and not anywhere else. 摆阵！Not necessary, you say? Absolutely necessary! Cos she has history of crawling out of the room when she wakes up in the middle of the night.

She now sleeps on a mattress next to our bed. We're able to create a corner for her between our bed and our wardrobe. The only open area is the front part, so got to put up a formation to keep her in.

She looks quite happy inside eh?

Look, it's very secure. There's no way she can climb out. Until she grows taller of course. :)

These 2 big cushions are used to cover a drawer behind it. The drawer has got sharp edges, so we got to child-proof it. Hee..

She likes to rest her head on the cushion seat. haha.. maybe it's comfy..

It's Monday again, my favorite day of the week! hehe... As usual, I planned to go shopping with baby joey. Most of the time, I don't buy anything, but I just enjoy the free feeling of strolling along in the malls with Joey, looking at all the clothes both for her and me. And it makes me feel super relaxed & happy.

That day I managed to dig out my handphone ear piece. I can't believe that I actually forgot about it. Every morning when I push Joey all the way from home to MRT and to Suntec, I never listen to any music. And it gets miserable when I get all sweaty from the seemingly-endless walk. Listening to music would take my attention off from the tiredness and distance, and make the start of my day much better. I should have thought about that long ago! chey!

So today, I had an enjoyable walk from home to the MRT station, listening to my fav radio channel, FM 93.3.

Believe it or not, I've following this radio station from the moment it birthed till now. I still remember that time when the radio station just started, it named itself as ' 93.3 醉心频道. And that time I kept thinking that the radio station is so stupid to name itself as the 最新频道 because one fine day there'll always be newer radio stations coming up, only to realise it later that I got the name wrongly. Not 最新 but 醉心. Haha! Silly me.

Joey also wants to listen to the radio. haahaa!

Of course, Joey didn't get to bowl lah! We just brought her to the bowling centre for our CG outreach last weekend. She was so intrigued by all the buzz around her that she refused to sleep the whole day! sigh...

We went to Marina Bowl. It's really quite a nice bowling centre cos it looks new & clean.

Look at Joey. Look so tired right??? But simply refused to sleep....

Since she refused to sleep, we let her play with the bowling balls! She was SOOOOOO excited!

You're wondering why she's so fascinated by the bowling balls?

Because there're holes in the balls and she can dig her fingers into them!!!!

Look at this new green top I wore today. Bought for only $6 at Marina Square! That shop was having mega sale on Sat when I was there, I liked the top cos it's got laces.. so feminine!
