The last 2 parts of the theme park were our favourites! =)
Far Far Away was dreamy, and reminded me of Disneyland.
It felt like we stepped into a fairyland of some sort. =)
And it was here I found the cheapest food item in the whole park – Soft-serve ice-cream for $2.50! (Yes, smaller than Mac’donalds’ 50-cents ice-cream cone)
I’m sure you’ve noticed by now: Baby Jayne smiles for the camera by twitching one side of the face upwards to form a half-smile of some kind. I wonder who taught her that?
The Shrek shop was interesting with lots of cute and adorable merchandises…
… and a portion-making counter! =D
The most amazing thing was that within this shop was a mini ferris wheel!
And seeing that it was mild enough, Joey agreed to go for a ride with me & Jayne! =) (Like finally)
It was such a tiny ferris wheel that Papa Isaiah might not be able to get in! So he just watched. Haha..
It was as mild as it gets. Slow, went a few rounds and we were done!
As we entered into the Madagascar, I could see my Joey’s eyes literally light up! It was a familiar cartoon to her, and the animals were sooooooo adorable!!! =D
Both our kids were scared stiff when we took photos with the penguins! Haha.. Just check out Baby Jayne’s facial expression! When we started out in the morning, she was still alright. Until one of the mascots tried to touch her, and from then on, she was so scared of them! Muahahahahaha.. Improvement for Joey though.. she was now at least willing to get into the picture. =.=
This has got to be our most favourite of the most favourite!!
The MERRY-GO-ROUND! Boy, we were sooooo merry!!
Then the kids went for 2nd round with Daddy in the chariot. =) Super not exciting cos the chariot doesn’t move up and down, unlike the rest.
This was the one I sat on!!!! The giraffe was so super tall that I almost couldn’t get up on it. So embarrassing, haha!
Coming to the end of our 1st trip to the Universal Studios Singapore! I was really glad that we ended the last stop at our most favourite part of the park!
The girls had fun, I hope! Though some parts were ‘terrifying’ for them. Haha! I guess my girls are not really the typical little girls who go crazy at Disneyland or theme parks. Hopefully when they are older, they’ll grow to love them just like Mummy does! =D
Baby Jayne was still full of energy after 4 hours of roaming in the theme park. She went right to the middle of the road and started doing all kinds of poses, much to the amusement of passer-bys who stayed to watch her. Haha!
A bonus before we left the place! =)
Thank you Universal Studios Singapore for a wonderful day out with my kids!! =D
