Media Invite

I am sure everyone of us grew up with bits and pieces of memories involving LEGO blocks in our childhood days. It's some kind of a household name in the toys arena, and I've personally not met a kid who's not interested in LEGO. Along the way, many other brands of such building blocks emerged in the market, but LEGO has been so etched in the minds of everyone that many of us call such toys generically as LEGO regardless of its actual brand - That totally tells you how successful the brand is.

Baby Jayne was invited by Nuffnang & LEGO to go for a free play event at Hokey Pokey last weekend, and Papa Isaiah brought her there. LEGO Duplo, especially, is a range designed for children aged between 1 - 5 years old, so I knew that Baby Jayne would enjoy herself.

Papa Isaiah brought back photographs of the event and it was obvious I was right - Baby Jayne did have a ball of a time there! Hokey Pokey is an indoor playground located at Suntec City Shopping Mall. Before the event started, Baby Jayne had fun with their toys!

Then finally it's time to start playing with the LEGO! She was so excited! The kids were tasked to build their dream home. :)

I love watching Baby Jayne deeply focused at doing something. :)

And that's Baby Jayne's DREAM HOUSE! Don't you just love how colourful LEGO bricks are?? :) I wouldn't mind a dream house like that!

Wow, check out the creations of all the kids. :) Their creativity is amazing.

After building their dream houses, the kids were told to build their favourite animal, and Baby Jayne built a rabbit! =D

LEGO is great because it allows the kids to be creative and free in portraying their ideas and thoughts. There is also no right or wrong, ugly or pretty - Every kid can have their own interpretation. Definitely a top educational toy on the list of all parents.
