Pumpkin Patch Fall/Winter Collection 2013

Sponsored Review
I am excited to announce that The J Babies has got a new clothes sponsor! =D
This is definitely a happy thing for us because we are all lovers of pretty clothes, shoes and accessories. Especially when we are talking about a brand that we've always been fond of. Pumpkin Patch will be dressing up the girls in my house for the next few months, and we can't wait to show you what's in store!
We visited the Pumpkin Patch store at Vivo City last weekend, and as expected, we couldn't make up our minds on what to bring home with us. Everything looks great and best of all, the material was of good-quality and very comfortable to put on.
The store's neatly categorized by age group, so it was easy to navigate to the right places. The girls wasted no time at all - They immediately dashed to the shelves and started choosing clothes that they like. I better start keeping a tight rein on these girls - They have every potential to morph into compulsive shoppers if I don't keep them in check. :P
If you are a parent shopping with kids in tow, you will be pleased to know that there's a little playtable provided within the store with building blocks to entertain the little ones while you shop. :)
What I like about Pumpkin Patch is that their designs are simple and timeless. Even though kids may like cartoons and cute pictures on their clothes, I personally prefer simpler designs and classic pieces that can be worn over and over again on different occasions. That is exactly what Pumpkin Patch can deliver.
The Fall/Winter 2013 Collection has also just been introduced to the stores, so we saw many clothes in the lovely hues of blue, green, turquoise, brown and beige etc. Love it!
Let The J Babies present to you some of the favourite pieces we picked off the shelves. :)
Simple white top with pink roses skirt. Love it that the skirt is slightly shiny and its thicker material helps to keep the bounce in the skirt.
This is not a usual Joey getup but I thought it was a really refreshing look for her! The blue floral skinny jeans was so lovely, and comfortable too!
The little sister chose this denim overall dress within seconds from walking into the store. She loved the bling-studded buttons and I thought the white lace at the bottom of the dress was a nice touch. Hair band's from the store as well - It was such a versatile accessory that it could match with almost all the outfits the girls tried on that day.
Another blue floral skirt, this time round for the younger sister. The red long-sleeved top was very soft and comfortable to wear.

Joey really liked this blue striped dress with a baby pink patented belt. It was a really sweet casual dress. Do you like her crochet hat by the way? It's her first time wearing something like that and I thought she could carry it off pretty well. :)
We found matching shoes as well! It's in the same shade of baby pink and used same material as the pink belt that came with the dress.
Jayne then chose a sheer flowery dress which was very flowy and soft. Love how light the material i, and doesn't require ironing.
The girl's into layered dresses recently, because she thought they looked very princessy. :)
This blue dress picked by Joey was also sweet. Love the slight capped sleeves and how comfortably the dress fell on her.
And doesn't this look fit her so very sporty personality? Polka dotted shorts with a long sleeved white tee, matched with a pair of pink sneakers. Love it!
Jayne then went for the very sweet casual look. This knitted dress is comfortable and great for a casual day out. She also went to pick out a necklace to go with the dress. :)
I think dress-time up is always fun for the girls. They love trying on new clothes and parading in the store. I am a little amazed at how unabashed they can be, especially when there are other people in the store as well. They just paraded everywhere, feeling very smug about the pretty clothes they were wearing. By the way, I just realised that the crochet hat that Joey was wearing in earlier photos is in the same colour tones as Jayne's last dress! Haha. How matchy!
Finally, we left the store with these selections. I'm really glad the girls love the clothes from Pumpkin Patch, and we will be back to check out new designs in the coming months. Stay tuned for more recommendations!
