I am a little embarrassed to admit this, but my kids are TV addicts. If I let them, they can watch TV for 12 hours straight, non-stop. Please don't tell me only my kids are like that, please please please. And those of you with kids who dislike watching TV, PLEASE do not leave me any comments, thankyouverymuch.

When they are watching a TV programme, they are totally absorbed in it. Usually, that means I have to call them 3 times more than usual to get their attention or any response at all for that matter. I would like to think that they are people with a good focus - They give their full concentration to whatever they are doing.

The onus is therefore on the adults to restrict their TV time. It's really, really hard, trust me. Because the only time I get some peace and quiet in the house is when the two kids are watching TV. Now, tell me how enticing that is?! But, yes we try our best.

I took this series of photos of Baby Jayne when she was watching a game show on Disney Channel one evening. Alright, TV addict or not, those were really cute expressions.

Now, I can only pray that they give the same kind of attention and focus to their teachers in school.
